We look forward to seeing you at this year's Annual Chicken BBQ Dinner Event on July 29th.
Doors open at 4:30 for viewing items in the silent auction and the meal runs from 5:00 to 7:00pm.
This event is open to both members and non-members.
This year we are once again keeping the venue at St. James Major Catholic Church to ensure that we have plenty of room so that people can sit and socialize for a while. We have once again acquired a live entertainment – Jessica Wedden – Trick Fiddling and Step Dancing
Nominated for the 2016 Canadian Fold Music Awards walong with Bruce Barton. We will be hosting a wine and beer cash bar and a silent auction. This year’s meal is prepared by Tim Cota’s Mobile Catering (web site http://www.cotasmobilecatering.com/).
Cota’s Mobile Catering providing the following meal:
•BBQ Chicken Breast or Leg with BBQ Sauce
•Spinach and Strawberry Salad
•Potato Salad and Apple Slaw
We have started to get the items for the Silent Auction together and will be providing a link to view and see the link over the next few weeks.
Advance Tickets are available for purchase until July 22nd:

•PRICE: $18.00 per Adult, $10.00 per Child, Children under 6 eat free.
After July 22nd tickets will only be available at the AGM in the morning and at the door on the day of the event for $20.00 per Adult and $12.00 for a child (6 to 10 years old). Please note that last year this event SOLD OUT so please do not delay in getting your tickets.
