We look forward to seeing you at this year's Annual Chicken BBQ Dinner Event on July 23rd.
Doors open at 4:30 for viewing items in the silent auction and the meal runs from 5:00 to 7:00pm.
This event is open to both members and non-members.
This year we are keeping the venue at St. James Major Catholic Church to ensure that we have plenty of room so that people can sit and socialize for a while instead of having a meal and having to leave to give others the opportunity due to limited space. We have once again acquired a live band – The Whiskey Standards to provide live music, we will be hosting a wine and beer cash bar and a silent auction. This year’s meal is prepared by Tim Cota’s Mobile Catering (web site http://www.cotasmobilecatering.com/).

•Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Advance Tickets are available for purchase until July 16th:

•PRICE: $18.00 per Adult, $10.00 per Child, Children under 6 eat free.
After July 16th tickets will only be available at the AGM in the morning and at the door on the day of the event for $20.00 per Adult and $12.00 for a child (6 to 10 years old).
