Black Bear on Island!

Was very surprised to wake up and find a black bear out on my deck, licking the grill.
My family has 2 cottages on "Leger's Island" (formerly "Island B")
First one built in 1938. Someone has been coming most of the years since then and this would definitely be the first bear sighting by us!
Anyone seen one on their island?
