Open Letter to Our Mayor
Dear Mayor: The purpose of this letter begins with congratulations from the Executive of the Sharbot Lake Property Owners’ Association regarding your election to the position of Mayor of Central Frontenac on November 13. We had very positive feedback from your participation at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) last July. We dare to think that your participation at our AGM helped with your campaign.

General Newsletter - June 2006
As we head into the Summer of 2006 I will use the opportunity of this Newsletter to highlight a few of the contributions of your Association over the past year.  First, I observed at the Annual General Meeting in 2005 that the Sharbot Lake Property Owners’ Association has been changing its orientation over some years now from social events to communications support. This change results in some measure from the lack of volunteers to handle the social events, but also from the growing legal risks that attend events such as the fishing derby.

Final Report Of The Tax Committee
At the Annual General Meeting of the Sharbot Lake Property Owners’ Association in July 2005 we confirmed that the Tax Committee’s work would be absorbed into the regular business of the SLPOA executive. This was because the SLPOA executive and the Tax Committee membership had become one and the same.
